  • We refuse work from organizations funded by Big Tobacco
  • Members of our core team are 100% smoke-free

Community Involvement

  • We are committed to supporting local nonprofits, especially ones benefiting children
  • We each commit to performing at least 20 hours of community service a year, and our firm provides employees with one paid workday a month to volunteer with nonprofits of their choice
