About the job
Every person on the Alboum team plays an essential role in our ability to deliver on our brand promise. The Human Resources Coordinator helps ensure Alboum has the right resources we need to support client requirements and works to keep those resources happy and excited to be on Team Alboum. They also serve as the liaison with our international PEO partner which provides support for our international team members.
Specific job functions include:
Recruiting: Identify and interview potential team members to fill openings
- Manage team calendar: time-off, holidays
- Facilitate annual performance review process
- Track overtime and related comp time or payouts
- Address any individual HR-related concerns or needs (eg maternity leave, health insurance issues)
- Collaborate with international PEO partner re: onboarding, offboarding, payments, etc.
- Organize online team meetings and team-building events
- Coordinate team holiday gifts
This is a remote, part-time position. Applicants can be located anywhere in the world, but work hours are Monday through Friday from approximately 10 am – 2 pm ET.
