These instructions are for existing Alboum clients only. Your organization must be set-up for self-onboarding for these instructions to work. Please contact help@alboum.com to discuss if this approach is right for your team.
Setting up an account on the Alboum Translation Services interpretation platform gives you access to both on-demand and prescheduled interpretation services. To get started, click on the link provided by your organization.
- Enter your email address, check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, and click Create Account.
Do NOT click on any of the Register with Google, Register with Microsoft or Register with Apple options. These will not work properly for your organization.
- Fill in the requested information and click Create Account. Note – You must choose English as your Native Language for the system to correctly match you with interpreters.
- Your registration is almost Check your email and click on the Confirm E-Mail button to finish your registration.
- Enter your email in the open box and click Do not use the Sign In With buttons.
