Everywhere we look, we’re seeing pronouncements of Words of the Year that characterized 2025 and encouragement to declare new ones with intentionality to set ourselves up for the year to come. Since Alboum is all about words, this works great for us.
As we head into the holiday weeks, I wanted to take this opportunity to share a few words that we’ve been throwing around a lot internally. First — gratitude. We are grateful for the opportunity to support your work and evolve together in this changing world. Thank you.
2025 was hard. No matter the industry you work in, the good you are working to impart on the world, or country you live in, this year was a tough one. I am confident that we all will emerge from the year stronger.
I’d choose grit as Alboum’s word for the year. I am so proud of our team and the work we did alongside the organizations we support. You trusted us to help you serve kids and families navigating schools nationwide, people working to access increasingly limited and costly healthcare, those working around the world to address climate change, and more. Your work made a difference and we are honored to have the opportunity to work alongside you in fighting the good fight.
As we look toward 2026, Alboum is embracing joy and looking forward. More to come in January on what’s new and coming soon.
